We have divided our shipping location, Pincode wise into five areas as per logistic arrangements
I. Rest of India (Only Groceries)
II. Local (Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane)
- Shipping is free for orders on & above Rs.500 (For Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane) i.e. Inside Mumbai Location.
- Shipping charges of Rs.300 applicable for orders Outside Mumbai which depend upon the weight of your order and the same is applicable for cities.
Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai-Orders placed between Tue-Sat are delivered to the customer according to logistic PIN code assignment. There are no deliveries on Monday.
We provide farm-to-table delivery, which means that all deliveries are done within 24 hours of harvesting at our associated farms.
For the rest of India-All orders handling time is 48 hrs from the day of order. And shipping time is 64 hrs.
Shipping is done through our organic garden delivery services for Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane.
Our delivery partners will be used for the rest of India.
For Customers outside Mumbai/Navi Mumbai &Thane. depending on the customer’s shipping address; the consignment will be delivered within 2 to 7 days from the date of registering the order. (Considering Groceries and Others are
dry items and have a shelf life of 6 months to 1 year)

We accept Card on Delivery and UPI Payment on Delivery only for Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

Credit Card/Debit Card Details
The Credit Card/Debit Card details provided to The Organic
Garden. by the customer will not be shared with any third party. In the case of fraudulent matters, the company holds the right to share the details with the concerned body for verification. The customer shall not under any circumstance use a credit/debit card that is not lawfully owned by him. The customer is hence requested to provide only valid and accurate card details.
If any fraudulent transactions are carried by any of the customers on the website, The Organic Garden reserves the right to recover all the losses and expenses incurred like lawyer fees, collection charges, etc from the concerned party.
